Kristen is a Speech Language Pathologist by training and has worked in the field for over 15 years in clinical and home-coaching settings. Kristen and her husband Seth have 3 biological children and one adopted through foster care. Kristen is passionate about helping families find hope amidst the darkness.

Kristi brings a background in criminal justice and juvenile corrections. She is a former foster mom, now adoptive mom. Kristi is a speaker of truth in great love and kindness.

Nick brings a wealth of business acumen and customer relations through his work as Director of Marketing for La Madeleine. He is a former foster parent and now
adoptive dad.
Kat Highman
Kat is a Registered Nurse. She currently works as a school nurse and has experience with family health as a NICU and Maternal Newborn nurse. Kat is a former foster parent with a heart for teens!

Bill Parkinson
Bill has his Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from UC in Irvine. He currently serves as Senior Sales Director at Stearns Financial. Bill and his wife, Pam have raised 3 children. Bill is passionate about restoring families in our community!
Seth Kolb
Seth served as a U.S. diplomat before beginning work with an international missions agency where he is the Executive VP of Operations. He is a former foster parent and now an adoptive dad.
Dacia Brockman
Dacia holds an Associates of Arts degree and she attends Texas A&M Commerce where she is working towards a degree in Social Work. Dacia brings a Biological Parent perspective as she shares her own lived life experience.
Martha Session
Martha is an RN case manager and works as a hospice nurse and mom to 3 beautiful children! She walks with families through grief and loss with great knowledge and sensitivity.
