In order for a Parent to be considered for our program, Hope Spring Community must receive at least 3 referral forms from CASA volunteer, CPS Worker, Judge, Mentor, Foster Parent to child and/or Attorney. When 3 referrals are received, parent will be asked to fill out an application.

Criteria for Consideration:

Parent must show track record of following court ordered plan

Parent must demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and have a desire to reunify

Parent must be engaged in mental health counseling if applicable

Parent must be communicative with their team including CASA, Attorney, CPS Workers
