Kristen Kolb
Executive Director
and Co-Founder

Kristen is a Speech Language Pathologist by training and has worked in the field for over 15 years with a focus on parent coaching and early childhood intervention and feeding. She has worked in the clinical and home-coaching setting. She serves on the Children's Medical Center Family Advisory Council for the Rees Jones Foster Clinics. Kristen and her husband Seth have 4 children, 3 biological and one adopted through foster care. Kristen is passionate about helping families find hope amidst the darkness.

Justin Claunch

Justin brings a wealth of Social Work and Child Welfare experience from his time working at Collin County CPS and CASA of Collin County. Justin has played an essential role in bridging gaps between agencies and agendas.

Kristi Dyer

Kristi brings a background in criminal justice and juvenile corrections. She is a former foster mom, now adoptive mom. Kristi is a speaker of truth in great love and kindness.

Nick Dyer

Nick brings a wealth of business acumen and customer relations through his work as Director of Marketing for La Madeleine. He is a former foster parent and now adoptive dad.

Kat Higman

Kat is a Registered Nurse. She currently works as a school nurse and has extensive experience with family health through her work as a NICU and Maternal Newborn nurse. Kat is a former foster parent with a heart for teens!

Alexandra Johnson

Alexandra brings extensive Social Work experience through her work with My Friend's House, Dallas CPS and Lonestar Placing Agency.

Seth Kolb

Seth served as a U.S. diplomat before beginning work with an international missions agency where he is the Executive VP of Operations. He is a former foster parent and now an adoptive dad.

Becca Landers

Becca is a former NICU nurse with extensive experience within the Child Welfare System through her time fostering. She is wife to Jeff and mom to seven children, including 3 who were adopted from the Kansas Foster Care System.

Jeff Landers

Jeff has served in Prevention Education and leadership with a Domestic Violence Prevention Agency as well as Pastoral Ministry. Jeff is married to Becca and dad to seven children, 3 of whom were adopted from the Kansas Foster Care System.

Willis Ma

Willis is an attorney with experience in criminal, juvenile, and child welfare matters. He is an Assistant DA in Dallas County serving in the mental health division.

Laci Nelson

Laci holds degrees in Fine Arts as well as a Master's of Media Arts and Communication. She works in real estate. In addition to her business experience, Laci has worked with Human Coalition providing support to women in crisis.

Martha Session

Martha is an RN case manager and works as a hospice nurse and mom to 3 beautiful children! She walks with families through grief and loss with great knowledge and sensitivity.

Debbie Teesdale

Debbie brings rich experience from her career as a marketing executive as well as her recent work as a CASA Volunteer in Dallas County.

Mollie Watkinson

Mollie has a background in education with a BS degree in human development and a graduate degree in teaching. She has been a faithful mentor to many moms in seasons of growth and change.
