Kristen Kolb
Executive Director + Co-Founder

Kristen is a Speech Language Pathologist by training and has worked in the field for over 15 years with a focus on parent coaching and early childhood intervention and feeding. She has worked in the clinical and home-coaching setting. She serves on the Children's Medical Center Family Advisory Council for the Rees Jones Foster Clinics. Kristen and her husband Seth have 4 children, 3 biological and one adopted through foster care. Kristen is passionate about helping families find hope amidst the darkness.

Kristi brings a background in criminal justice and juvenile corrections. She is a former foster mom, now adoptive mom. Kristi is a speaker of truth in great love and kindness.

Nick Dyer

Nick brings a wealth of business acumen and customer relations through his work as Director of Marketing for La Madeleine. He is a former foster parent and now

adoptive dad.

Kat Higman

Kat is a Registered Nurse. She currently works as a school nurse and has extensive experience with family health through her work as a NICU and Maternal Newborn nurse. Kat is a former foster parent with a heart for teens!

Bill Parkinson

Bill has his Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from UC in Irvine. He currently serves as Senior Sales Director at Stearns Financial. Bill and his wife, Pam have raised 3 children. Bill is passionate about restoring families in our community!

Seth Kolb

Seth served as a U.S. diplomat before beginning work with an international missions agency where he is the Executive VP of Operations. He is a former foster parent and now an

adoptive dad.

Laci Nelson

Laci holds degrees in Fine Arts as well as a Master's of Media Arts and Communication. She works in real estate. In addition to her business experience, Laci has worked with Human Coalition providing support to women in crisis.

Martha Session

Martha is an RN case manager and works as a hospice nurse and mom to 3 beautiful children! She walks with families through grief and loss with great knowledge and sensitivity.
